Regulamin promocji „Lany poniedziałek”

Postanowienia ogólne.
1. Niniejszy regulamin promocji pod nazwą „Lany poniedziałek” określa zasady funkcjonowania, warunki oraz zakres promocji, zasady korzystania oraz uprawnienia przysługujące osobom biorącym udział w promocji, a także obowiązki organizatora.
2. Organizatorem promocji „Lany poniedziałek” (dalej również: Promocja) jest Billy’s American Restaurants Spółka z o.o. z siedzibą w Gdańsku przy ul. Warzywnicza 10A/E, 80 - 838 Gdańsk, wpisaną do Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego prowadzonego przez Sąd Rejonowy Gdańsk-Północ w Gdańsku, VII Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego pod numerem 0000595122, NIP:583-319-19-89, REGON: 363393610, reprezentowaną przez Jacka Jaglińskiego.
3. Promocja jest prowadzona jedynie w formie stacjonarnej.
4. Promocja w zakresie sprzedaży i spożywania alkoholu dotyczy tylko osób pełnoletnich i nie będących pod wpływem alkoholu.
Przedmiot promocji i warunki skorzystania z Promocji.
1. Przedmiotem Promocji jest możliwość skorzystania przez Uczestnika na zasadach określonych w Regulaminie z Promocji, w ramach której przy zamówieniu burgera zostanie udzielony rabat upoważaniający Uczestnika do zakupu piwa z nalewaka w cenie 0.01zł w ramach jednego zamówienia.
2. Piwo z nalewaka obejmuje dwie pozycje: Tyskie Gronie oraz Książęce Pszeniczne w pojemności 0,5l lub 0,3l do wyboru jedna z pozycji w jednej pojemności.
3. Promocja nie obejmuje produktów przecenionych.
4. Promocja obejmuje ofertę burgerów z aktualnego menu restauracji.
5. Promocja nie działa w formule na wynos.
6. Promocja trwa od 1.10.2021 do odwołania z wyłączeniem świąt.
7. Udział w Promocji jest dobrowolny.
8. Zgodnie z ustawą o wychowaniu w trzeźwości i przeciwdziałaniu alkoholizmowi z dnia 26 października 1982 r. ( Dz. U. z 2002 r. Nr 147, poz. 1231 z późn. zm.) Udział w Promocji jest przewidziany jedynie dla osób pełnoletnich. Zgodnie z Art. 18. - [Zezwolenie na sprzedaż napojów alkoholowych] - Wychowanie w trzeźwości i przeciwdziałanie alkoholizmowi.
9. Promocja nie łączy się z innymi promocjami, rabatami, upustami, akcjami promocyjnymi. Niniejsza promocja nie łączy się z rabatami udzielanymi w ramach programów lojalnościowych obowiązujących u Organizatora.
10. W czasie trwania Promocji, Uczestnik może wielokrotnie brać udział w Promocji w okresie jej obowiązywania, pod warunkiem każdorazowego spełnienia warunków Promocji określonych w Regulaminie.
Reklamacje
1. Wszelkie reklamacje dotyczące Promocji, Uczestnicy mogą zgłaszać imiennie z podaniem daty wizyty, imienia i nazwiska oraz lokalu w szczególności drogą elektroniczną na adres: marketing@billys.com.pl lub listownie na adres Organizatora.
2. Reklamacje rozpatruje Organizator, stosując w szczególności postanowienia niniejszego Regulaminu w terminie do 14dni.

Niniejszy regulamin dostępny jest na stronie www.billys.com.pl oraz stacjonarnie w lokalach i wchodzi w życie 01.10.2021 roku.

Terms and Conditions of the "Lany Poniedziałek" promotion

General provisions.
1. These regulations of the promotion under the name "Lany Poniedziałek" define the rules of operation, conditions and scope of the promotion, rules of use and rights of persons participating in the promotion, as well as the obligations of the organizer.
2. The organizer of the "Lany Monday" promotion (hereinafter also: the Promotion) is Billy's American Restaurants Spółka z o.o. with its registered office in Gdańsk at ul. Warzywnicza 10A/E, 80 - 838 Gdańsk, entered into the National Court Register kept by the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, VII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number 0000595122, NIP: 583-319-19-89, REGON: 363393610, represented by Jacek Jagliński.
3. The promotion is conducted only in stationary form.
4. The promotion regarding the sale and consumption of alcohol applies only to adults and not under the influence of alcohol.
The subject of the promotion and the conditions of using the Promotion.
1. The subject of the Promotion is the possibility for the Participant to take advantage of the Promotion on the terms set out in the Regulations, under which a discount will be granted when ordering a burger, entitling the Participant to purchase beer from a tap for PLN 0.01 in one order.
2. Beer from the tap includes two items: Tyskie Gronie and Książęce Pszeniczne in a capacity of 0.5l or 0.3l, one of the items in one capacity to choose from.
3. The promotion does not apply to discounted products.
4. The promotion includes the offer of burgers from the current restaurant menu.
5. The promotion does not work in the take-out formula.
6. The promotion lasts from October 1, 2021 until further notice, excluding holidays.
7. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.
8. Pursuant to the Act on Upbringing in Sobriety and Counteracting Alcoholism of October 26, 1982 (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 147, item 1231, as amended), participation in the Promotion is intended only for adults. Pursuant to Art. 18. - [Permission to sell alcoholic beverages] - Upbringing in sobriety and counteracting alcoholism.
9. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, rebates, discounts, promotional campaigns. This promotion does not combine with discounts granted as part of loyalty programs in force at the Organizer.
10. During the Promotion, the Participant may take part in the Promotion many times during its validity, provided that the conditions of the Promotion specified in the Regulations are met each time.
Complaints
1. Any complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted by the Participants by name, specifying the date of the visit, name and surname and premises, in particular by e-mail to the following address: marketing@billys.com.pl or by post to the Organizer's address.
2. Complaints are considered by the Organizer, applying in particular the provisions of these Regulations within 14 days.
