Voucher śniadaniowy - Billy's American Restaurant

1. Postanowienia ogólne.
  1. Niniejszy regulamin promocji pod nazwą „VOUCHER ŚNIADANIOWY” określa zasady funkcjonowania, warunki oraz zakres promocji, zasady korzystania oraz uprawnienia przysługujące osobom biorącym udział w promocji, a także obowiązki organizatora.
  2. Organizatorem promocji „VOUCHER ŚNIADANIOWY” (dalej również: Promocja) jest Billy’s American Restaurants Spółka z o.o. z siedzibą w Gdańsku przy ul. Warzywnicza 10A/E, 80 - 838 Gdańsk, wpisaną do Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego prowadzonego przez Sąd Rejonowy Gdańsk-Północ w Gdańsku, VII Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego pod numerem 0000595122, NIP:583-319-19-89, REGON: 363393610, reprezentowaną przez Jacka Jaglińskiego.
2. Przedmiot promocji i warunki skorzystania z Promocji.
  1. Przedmiotem Promocji jest możliwość skorzystania przez Uczestnika na zasadach określonych w Regulaminie z Promocji, w ramach której uczestnik po okazaniu kuponu z promocji, ,,VOUCHER ŚNIADANIOWY” ma możliwość zamówienia jednej pozycji śniadaniowej oraz jednej pozycji napoju gorącego w cenie ustalonej przez biuro nieruchomości, w którym został zakupiony voucher
  2. Udział w promocji jest możliwy przy wynajmie apartamentu u jednego z naszych partnerów.
  3. Promocja obejmuje pozycje z działu śniadania.
  4. Promocja obejmuje pozycje: City Coffee, Big City Coffee, Espresso, Espresso Doppio, City Coffee bezkofeinowa, Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato, Flat White, Ice Latte oraz herbata z menu: zakładka; napoje zimne/ gorące.
  5. Promocja nie obejmuje produktów przecenionych.
  6. Promocja obejmuje ofertę śniadań oraz kaw z aktualnego menu restauracji.
  7. Promocja nie działa w formule na wynos.
  8. Promocja trwa od 1.02.2023r. do odwołania w godzinach trwania śniadań podanych w menu lub do wyczerpania zapasów.
  9. Udział w Promocji jest dobrowolny.
  10. Promocja nie łączy się z innymi promocjami, rabatami, upustami, akcjami promocyjnymi. Niniejsza promocja nie łączy się z rabatami udzielanymi w ramach programów lojalnościowych obowiązujących u Organizatora.
  11. W czasie trwania Promocji, Uczestnik może wielokrotnie brać udział w Promocji w okresie jej obowiązywania, pod warunkiem każdorazowego spełnienia warunków Promocji określonych w Regulaminie.
  3.Reklamacje.
  1. 1. Wszelkie reklamacje dotyczące Promocji, Uczestnicy mogą zgłaszać imiennie z podaniem daty wizyty, imienia i nazwiska oraz lokalu w szczególności drogą elektroniczną na adres: marketing@billys.com.pl lub listownie na adres Organizatora.
    2. Reklamacje rozpatruje Organizator, stosując w szczególności postanowienia niniejszego Regulaminu w terminie do 14dni.

General provisions.
1. These regulations of the promotion under the name "BREAKFAST VOUCHER" define the rules of operation, conditions and scope of the promotion, rules of use and rights of persons participating in the promotion, as well as the obligations of the organizer.
2. The organizer of the "BREAKFAST VOUCHER" promotion (hereinafter also: the Promotion) is Billy's American Restaurants Spółka z o.o. with its registered office in Gdańsk at ul. Warzywnicza 10A/E, 80 - 838 Gdańsk, entered into the National Court Register kept by the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, 7th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number 0000595122, NIP: 583-319-19-89, REGON: 363393610, represented by Jacek Jagliński.
The subject of the promotion and the conditions for taking advantage of the promotion.
1. The subject of the Promotion is the possibility for the Participant to take advantage of the Promotion on the terms set out inthe Regulations, under which the participant, after presenting a coupon from the "BREAKFAST VOUCHER" promotion, has the opportunity to order one breakfast item and one hot drink item for PLN 30.00.
2. The promotion includes items from the breakfast section.
3. The promotion includes the following items: City Coffee, Big City Coffee, Espresso, Espresso Doppio, Decaffeinated City Coffee, Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato, Flat White, Ice Latte and tea from the menu: tab; cold/hot
4. drinks.
5. The promotion does not apply to discounted products.
6. The promotion includes breakfast and coffee from the current restaurant menu.
7. The promotion does not work in the take-out formula.
8. The promotion lasts from February 1, 2023. until further notice during the breakfast hours specified in the menu or until stocks last.
9. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.
10. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, rebates, discounts, promotional campaigns. This promotion does not combine with discounts granted as part of loyalty programs in force at the Organizer.
11. During the Promotion, the Participant may participate in the Promotion multiple times during its validity period, provided that the conditions of the Promotion specified in the Regulations are met each time.
Complaints.

Any complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted by Participants by name, specifying the date of the visit, name and surname and premises, in particular by e-mail to the following address: marketing@billys.com.pl or by post to the Organizer's address.
Complaints are considered by the Organizer, applying in particular the provisions of these Regulations within 14 days.
